RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

*To ensure the availability of rooms and to guarantee reservations, we ask a 50% deposit of the total reservation stay fee, to be paid by credit card 15 days prior to your arrival

• If you cancel 15 days or more before the arriving date, postpone reservation to a future date or full refund of deposit.
• If you cancel 14 to 9 days before the arriving date, postpone reservation to a future date or deposit will be refund less 50%.
• If you cancel 8 to 4 days before the arriving date, postpone reservation to a future date with 50% of the deposit amount will be charged to cover the administrative fees or no refund of deposit.
• If you cancel 3 days or less before the arriving date, 100% of your bill will be charged to your credit card without possibility of refund.
• No refund on late arrival, unused service or "No-show", 100% of your bill will be charged to your credit card without possibility of refund.
